How to make cold brew?Updated 8 months ago
To make cold brew, you will need 225g of ground coffee for a French press. In a sealed glass container, add 1L of water, then let it steep in the refrigerator for about 12 hours. Filter your mixture, and you will obtain a concentrated cold brew that you can dilute half-and-half with milk or water to drink. This concentrate lasts for a few days in the refrigerator. For a ready-to-drink version, use 80g of coffee for 1L of water instead.
